I created a poster for a traveling exhibition entitled "The History of Type" using typography as the main design element highlighting 20 of the most important historical milestones in the development of typography.

The information is organized in a network kind of way where they are divided into categories that are the origins of Typography, Modern Typography & Typesetting, and Printing Technologies. I placed the title in the left side to make it interesting with a graphic element to make it stand out and also home the dates and times of the event. The black element is part of a letter in a huge scale and the negative space around the letter is where I placed all of my text.
